願yuan寧ning兒er代dai代dai，正zheng沐mu浴yu陽yang光guang。這zhe也ye是shi我wo理li想xiang中zhong國guo家jia該gai有you的de樣yang子zi。江jiang南nan小xiao城cheng中zhong，我wo獨du愛ai紹shao興xing。常chang常chang有you人ren問wen我wo最zui喜xi歡huan的de小xiao城cheng在zai哪na兒er？我wo都dou會hui說shuo，來lai一yi趟tang紹shao興xing吧ba。2025第五屆中歐醫院管理學科建設人才培養全球論壇11月15日至16日將在中國紹興盛大啟幕。我們300位中歐特邀嘉賓會一起來到紹興東山大觀酒店。我們包下了麵積有600畝的整個中式山水園林酒店。2022年全新開業。要山有山，要水有水。它是古代東山再起的發源地。它也是王羲之的《蘭亭序》故事發生的地方，它還是謝靈運的《山居賦》的遠離塵囂，足以忘憂。它更是中國近代文學大師魯迅先生的家鄉紹興。先生曾經說過：希(xi)望(wang)是(shi)本(ben)無(wu)所(suo)謂(wei)有(you)，無(wu)所(suo)謂(wei)無(wu)。這(zhe)正(zheng)如(ru)地(di)上(shang)所(suo)走(zou)的(de)路(lu)，其(qi)實(shi)沒(mei)有(you)路(lu)，走(zou)的(de)人(ren)多(duo)了(le)，也(ye)就(jiu)成(cheng)了(le)路(lu)。隻(zhi)有(you)走(zou)過(guo)最(zui)黑(hei)的(de)地(di)方(fang)，才(cai)能(neng)見(jian)到(dao)最(zui)亮(liang)的(de)光(guang)。今(jin)日(ri)盛(sheng)世(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)如(ru)英(ying)雄(xiong)們(men)所(suo)願(yuan)。故(gu)鄉(xiang)廣(guang)闊(kuo)，南(nan)北(bei)西(xi)東(dong)九(jiu)萬(wan)裏(li)，人(ren)人(ren)可(ke)以(yi)成(cheng)為(wei)一(yi)條(tiao)潛(qian)入(ru)海(hai)裏(li)的(de)魚(yu)。故(gu)鄉(xiang)的(de)人(ren)，來(lai)來(lai)又(you)往(wang)往(wang)。每(mei)一(yi)個(ge)平(ping)凡(fan)的(de)人(ren)都(dou)驚(jing)心(xin)動(dong)魄(po)，紅(hong)塵(chen)萬(wan)丈(zhang)。我(wo)有(you)了(le)世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最(zui)好(hao)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)，我(wo)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)可(ke)以(yi)和(he)萬(wan)千(qian)人(ren)進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)享(xiang)。中(zhong)國(guo)最(zui)狠(hen)的(de)地(di)方(fang)就(jiu)在(zai)於(yu)敢(gan)在(zai)揭(jie)不(bu)開(kai)鍋(guo)的(de)時(shi)候(hou)，把(ba)最(zui)後(hou)一(yi)粒(li)米(mi)，當(dang)做(zuo)美(mei)好(hao)未(wei)來(lai)的(de)一(yi)顆(ke)種(zhong)子(zi)種(zhong)下(xia)去(qu)。中(zhong)國(guo)政(zheng)府(fu)的(de)遠(yuan)見(jian)和(he)執(zhi)行(xing)力(li)尤(you)其(qi)擅(shan)長(chang)製(zhi)定(ding)長(chang)達(da)幾(ji)十(shi)年(nian)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)計(ji)劃(hua)。這(zhe)一(yi)點(dian)全(quan)球(qiu)沒(mei)有(you)任(ren)何(he)一(yi)個(ge)國(guo)家(jia)可(ke)以(yi)比(bi)得(de)了(le)。1949年新中國建立，中國隻有3760個西醫醫生，每6千人才有一張病床。嬰兒的死亡率是20%。人均壽命僅是35歲sui。到dao今jin天tian為wei止zhi，中zhong國guo的de醫yi療liao還hai是shi屬shu於yu發fa展zhan階jie段duan。國guo際ji化hua的de醫yi院yuan，全quan球qiu思si考kao的de院yuan長chang，真zhen正zheng的de學xue科ke帶dai頭tou人ren和he優you秀xiu青qing年nian醫yi生sheng未wei來lai會hui越yue來lai越yue多duo。讓rang我wo們men篤du定ding的de是shi，我wo們men專zhuan注zhu做zuo這zhe份fen工gong作zuo對dui中zhong國guo醫yi療liao是shi非fei常chang有you價jia值zhi的de一yi件jian大da事shi。我wo多duo麼me希xi望wang新xin中zhong國guo的de醫yi生sheng可ke以yi成cheng為wei中zhong國guo社she會hui一yi群qun有you道dao德de、有信仰、有理想、有能力的人。吾輩理當自強不息。因為有你們，人生很值得。
May our children’s children bathe in golden sunshine—such is the celestial land of my dreaming. Among Jiangnan’s watery towns, my heart belongs to Shaoxing. When asked, “Which small city captivates you most?” I always reply, “Just come to Shaoxing.” From November 15 to 16, 2025, the 5th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2025 will kick off grandly in Shaoxing, China. Three hundred invited guests from China and Europe will gather at Grand Dongshan in Shaoxing. We have reserved the entire 40-hectare estate of this newly opened (2022) classical Chinese garden-style hotel, embodying the traditional aesthetic harmony between mountains and waters. This sacred land gave birth to the legend of "Dongshan’s Rejuvenation" (referring to Eastern Jin statesman Xie An's legendary political resurgence after seclusion on Dongshan); became the setting of the story of Wang Xizhi’s Preface to the Poems Composed at the Orchid Pavilion, captured Xie Lingyun’s pastoral solitude in Rhapsody on Dwelling in the Mountains, enough to banish worries; and nurtured Lu Xun, the master of modern China’s literature. As he wrote: “Hope cannot be said to exist, nor can it be said not to exist. It is just like paths across the earth. For originally the earth had no paths, they come to be as more people walk upon them.” Only through the darkest night shall we greet the brightest dawn. Now blossoms the prosperous China our forebears envisioned—a homeland spanning ninety thousand li, from north to south, east to west. In this vastness, each of us may swim freely as fish in boundless depths. The people of our homeland — they come, they go, and they return. Each ordinary life, though quietly lived, holds a tale that stirs the soul and shakes the heart, amidst the ceaseless tides of the mortal world. I have the best job in the world. My work allows me to share with thousands upon thousands of people. The most formidable and fearless part of China is that even when standing on the edge of survival, it dared to take the last grain of rice and plant it as a seed for a better future. The Chinese government’s vision and execution power are particularly evident in its ability to formulate long-term development plans spanning decades. No other country in the world can match this. When the People's Republic of China was founded in 1949, there were only 3,760 formally trained physicians in modern medicine across the country, with one hospital bed for every 6,000 people. The infant mortality rate was 20%, and the average life expectancy was only 35 years old. Until today, China's healthcare system is still in its developing stage. But hospitals with international vision, hospital presidents with a global thinking, true academic leaders, and excellent young doctors will become more and more in the future. What makes us certain is that our dedication to this work holds profound value for China's healthcare system. How I hope that the doctors of New China can be a group of people in our society who have morality, faith, ideals, and ability. We, of our generation, should strive to rise and forge ourselves in strength. Because of you all, this life has truly been worth living.
