我們生在新中國，女人就應該靠著本事吃飯。從2018年開始，我們國際公共關係部門就招聘了22位英文專業應屆畢業生。有碩士畢業的，有名校畢業的，有普通二本畢業的。到2019年隻留下來了4位(wei)同(tong)事(shi)，她(ta)們(men)是(shi)一(yi)顆(ke)種(zhong)子(zi)，讓(rang)這(zhe)份(fen)奇(qi)特(te)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)生(sheng)根(gen)發(fa)芽(ya)，枝(zhi)繁(fan)葉(ye)茂(mao)。她(ta)們(men)是(shi)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)喜(xi)歡(huan)這(zhe)份(fen)特(te)別(bie)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)。因(yin)為(wei)這(zhe)份(fen)工(gong)作(zuo)特(te)別(bie)困(kun)難(nan)，能(neng)夠(gou)留(liu)下(xia)來(lai)的(de)，絕(jue)對(dui)是(shi)真(zhen)正(zheng)的(de)人(ren)才(cai)。現(xian)在(zai)她(ta)們(men)英(ying)文(wen)口(kou)譯(yi)

We, women born in the new China after 1949, should earn our livings with our own abilities. Since 2018, the Department of International Public Relations of Gloryren has recruited 22 fresh graduates majoring in English with diverse educational backgrounds, including those from key universities, master’s degree holders and graduates from second-tier universities. By 2019, only four stayed. They serve as a seed that makes the unique job take root and flourish. Their passion for this particular job grows even stronger as time goes by. Because of the difficulty of this job, I believe that those who can stay are definitely real talents. They excel in English interpretation, writing, both extensive and intensive reading. What’s more, they can work with key academic leaders of various specialties around the world. What motivates us to work? It must be the sense of accomplishment in addition to the money. The Department of International Public Relations maintains a team of eight, and we keep recruiting new members. In 2023, they wrote nearly 20,000 emails, translated hundreds of videos and articles, and helped over 40 Chinese doctors to pursue MD degree in Germany. Plus, they accompanied 50 renowned European key academic leaders to conduct international visiting professorship activities at Grade Three Class A hospitals, and assisted Chinese doctors in publishing articles in top journals. We can actively participate in the hospital management, specialty construction and talent cultivation of Chinese hospitals, which are essential to the healthcare system in China. And only these core aspects can make a hospital great. The best relationships between people don’t necessarily rely on lively conversation but on sitting quietly together and even on just sharing a tasty meal. Food always comforts the hearts and souls of ours and our families, so we work hard for it. The reason why we work hard is not for the results, but to make the process more enjoyable. As long as we don’t ask for too much, good luck will always be with us. It really amazed me that the Galapagos Islands are home to 300 species of rare animals, and they are found here only, nowhere else on Earth.
