In midwinter, I went back to Wuxi again in warm sunlight of winter days. I had a meal with my female friends at a restaurant in the Zhouxinli Commercial Street. I live by the Lihu Lake, and it only costs 15 minutes from my home to Zhouxinli by car. A hundred years ago, Mr. ZHOU Shunqing, a businessman from Wuxi, was "a big shot in coal and steel industry". To develop his hometown, he built streets, houses, bridges and shops, and built the Zhouxin Town all by himself. That is the origin of today's Zhouxinli Commercial Street which is decorated in a retro style of Republic of China. Hundreds years ago, China was a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society and melees among warlords could be seen everywhere over the land of 9.6 million square kilometers. Chinese people also lived in abyss of suffering. It was because of Chinese people, scholars, artists, entrepreneurs, and educators who were dedicated to saving our country that China could develop from the lowest point to a brand new country. I appreciate my friends in Wuxi, for they all would like to carry on meaningful jobs. In the past five years, I have never been interested in talking with people about romantic relationship, my child's study, or going out for meals and entertainments. I only focus on my job. Some of the European key academic leaders whom we are cooperating with are worth several billion, and some are top masters in the global medical field. They are the world-class medical resources whose position will never be challenged by capital. During the past five years, Gloryren's team has been working with them, making me notice that more and more Chinese hospitals develop better, and enabling us to make more friends of a lifetime with more and more Chinese doctors. This career and rich experience are enough to make our lives extraordinary. Without my parents, I would not have lived till today. They cherish and love me very much. If people want a happy life, they have to pay back the society. In our lives, we should not only enjoy or waste the time, but should fight for a better life. Learning is not only for getting a high score in exams, and working is not only for earning money. The most crucial thing is to have a personality of gratitude, which makes up a person's real ability to live in this world.
