我告訴許多三甲醫院的院長:一(yi)家(jia)有(you)品(pin)質(zhi)的(de)醫(yi)院(yuan),一(yi)定(ding)更(geng)需(xu)要(yao)懂(dong)得(de)感(gan)恩(en)之(zhi)心(xin)的(de)醫(yi)生(sheng),這(zhe)點(dian)無(wu)比(bi)重(zhong)要(yao),比(bi)他(ta)的(de)學(xue)曆(li),比(bi)他(ta)的(de)技(ji)術(shu),比(bi)他(ta)的(de)英(ying)文(wen)更(geng)加(jia)重(zhong)要(yao)。一(yi)個(ge)人(ren)懂(dong)得(de)對(dui)一(yi)段(duan)關(guan)係(xi)感(gan)恩(en),這(zhe)段(duan)關(guan)係(xi)會(hui)變(bian)得(de)更(geng)好(hao),一(yi)個(ge)人(ren)懂(dong)得(de)對(dui)工(gong)作(zuo)感(gan)恩(en),他(ta)會(hui)在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)得(de)到(dao)更(geng)好(hao)的(de)機(ji)會(hui),一(yi)個(ge)人(ren)懂(dong)得(de)對(dui)曾(zeng)經(jing)幫(bang)助(zhu)過(guo)他(ta)的(de)貴(gui)人(ren)感(gan)恩(en),會(hui)有(you)更(geng)多(duo)的(de)貴(gui)人(ren)出(chu)現(xian)在(zai)他(ta)生(sheng)命(ming)中(zhong),對(dui)那(na)種(zhong)過(guo)河(he)拆(chai)橋(qiao),自(zi)以(yi)為(wei)是(shi),根(gen)本(ben)不(bu)懂(dong)得(de)感(gan)恩(en)之(zhi)心(xin)的(de)醫(yi)生(sheng),醫(yi)院(yuan)不(bu)要(yao)給(gei)他(ta)任(ren)何(he)機(ji)會(hui)。因(yin)為(wei)感(gan)恩(en)之(zhi)心(xin)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)人(ren)在(zai)這(zhe)個(ge)社(she)會(hui)行(xing)走(zou)最(zui)根(gen)本(ben)的(de)品(pin)質(zhi),一(yi)個(ge)人(ren)連(lian)最(zui)基(ji)本(ben)的(de)品(pin)質(zhi)都(dou)不(bu)具(ju)備(bei),他(ta)當(dang)然(ran)不(bu)可(ke)成(cheng)為(wei)一(yi)個(ge)好(hao)的(de)醫(yi)生(sheng)。
I told many presidents of top level hospitals that a great hospital must have grateful doctors, which is extremely important, more important than their level of education, technique and English skills. A person who is grateful for a relationship will make the relationship better. A person who is grateful for their work will get better opportunities in their work. A person who is grateful for people who have helped him will be given help again. The hospital should not give any opportunities to doctors who kick down the ladder and are arrogant and self-righteous. Because gratitude is the most fundamental quality for someone to live, one can not make themselves a good doctor without this.
