2025年4月30日，由鄭州市醫學會與北京積水潭醫院鄭州醫院（鄭州市中心醫院）聯合主辦的“第二屆LVA手術治療阿爾茨海默症國際論壇”在鄭州隆重召開。本次大會彙聚中、德、美、澳等多國權威專家，聚力攻堅全球共同麵臨的難題：阿爾茨海默病（AD）。來自顯微外科、淋巴外科、神經外科、神經內科及老年醫學等多個領域的知名學者齊聚一堂。論壇采用線下參會與線上雙語同傳直播的形式，現場參會人數達260餘人，線上觀看突破102萬人次，引發廣泛關注，河南電視台、鄭州電視台等多家媒體專題報道。阿爾茨海默病，這種常被稱作“記憶的幽靈”的疾病，正悄然影響著無數家庭。據統計，我國目前阿爾茨海默病患者已超過千萬，預計到2050年將達到4000萬(wan)人(ren)。失(shi)去(qu)記(ji)憶(yi)的(de)不(bu)僅(jin)是(shi)患(huan)者(zhe)，更(geng)是(shi)整(zheng)個(ge)家(jia)庭(ting)共(gong)同(tong)麵(mian)對(dui)的(de)心(xin)碎(sui)與(yu)無(wu)力(li)。而(er)此(ci)次(ci)論(lun)壇(tan)的(de)召(zhao)開(kai)，正(zheng)是(shi)為(wei)了(le)照(zhao)亮(liang)那(na)條(tiao)艱(jian)難(nan)卻(que)充(chong)滿(man)希(xi)望(wang)的(de)路(lu)。會(hui)議(yi)特(te)別(bie)邀(yao)請(qing)到(dao)德(de)國(guo)哥(ge)廷(ting)根(gen)大(da)學(xue)醫(yi)療(liao)中(zhong)心(xin)Jens Wiltfang教授、“腦類淋巴係統”發現者、美國華盛頓大學醫學院Jonathan Kipnis教授以及等多位國內外頂尖專家。他們的到來不僅帶來了國際前沿視角，也讓更多醫務人員和公眾了解到：LVA手術為阿爾茨海默病治療打開了新的可能。在過去一年裏，北京積水潭醫院鄭州醫院已經完成此類手術280餘台，術後有效率達73%，許多患者重新擁有了與家人溝通的能力，重拾了生活的信心。北京積水潭醫院鄭州醫院黨委書記馬西文在開幕致辭中表示，醫院自2016年設立記憶門診以來，逐步構建起“篩查－診療－康複－隨訪”的全流程服務體係。在國家、省市政策的引導下，在國際專家的支持與合作下，鄭州正用行動寫下“健康老齡化”的答案。這不隻是一場學術論壇，更是一場凝聚全球智慧、守護人類記憶的接力。當醫生、科學家、政策製定者和公眾攜手同行，我們終將有一天，不再懼怕“遺忘”。鄭州，這座中原城市，正在用實際行動參與全球阿爾茨海默症防治格局的重塑。北京積水潭醫院鄭州醫院團隊，正讓“鄭州經驗”逐步走向世界。
On April 30, 2025, The 2nd International Forum on LVA Surgery for Alzheimer's Disease", jointly organized by the Zhengzhou Medical Association and Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Zhengzhou Hospital (Zhengzhou Central Hospital), was grandly held in Zhengzhou. The forum brought together leading experts from China, Germany, the United States, Australia to address the global challenge of Alzheimer’s Disease (AD).Renowned experts from microsurgery, lymphatic surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, and geriatrics gathered for this event. The forum adopted a hybrid format, combining on-site participation with bilingual live streaming. The forum attracted over 260 onsite attendees and drew more than 1.02 million online views, garnering widespread attention from the professionals, the public and major media outlets, including Henan TV and Zhengzhou TV.Alzheimer’s disease, often referred to as the "thief of memory," is quietly devastating millions of families. Statistics show that China currently has over 10 million AD patients, and it is expected to reach 40 million by 2050. The loss of memory is not just the patient’s burden, it is also a heartbreaking ordeal for entire families.This forum aimed to illuminate a challenging yet hopeful path forward.Distinguished guests included Prof. Jens Wiltfang from the University Medical Center Göttingen and Prof. Jonathan Kipnis from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, the discoverer of the " Brain Meningeal Lymphatic System." Their participation provided cutting-edge international perspectives and highlighted the potential of LVA surgery in treating AD. Over the past year, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Zhengzhou Hospital has performed over 280 such procedures, achieving an overall efficacy rate of 73%. Many patients have regained the ability to communicate with loved ones and reclaimed their confidence and quality of life.MA Xiwen, Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Zhengzhou Hospital, stated in her opening speech that since the establishment of the Memory Clinic in 2016, the hospital has gradually built a full-process service system of "screening-diagnosis-rehabilitation-follow-up". Guided by national, provincial, and municipal policies, and supported by international cooperation, Zhengzhou is answering the call for "healthy aging" with actions. This was not just an academic forum—it was a global relay of wisdom to safeguard the memories of humankind.
