
5月13日下午東莞市中醫院院長鄧偉均、副院長黃紹剛帶領全院各臨床科室主任及職能部門負責人與慕尼黑哈拉興骨科醫院創始院長、德國脊柱學會創始主席、歐洲脊柱學會前主席Prof. Mayer共同召開2022中德高水平醫院管理會議。
On May 13, the Sino-German Video Conference on High-level Hospital Management was held by the President Deng Weijun and the Vice President Huang Shaogang of Dongguan TCM Hospital, and Prof. Michael Mayer, the Founding Medical Director of Schön Klinik Munich Harlaching, Founding President of German Spine Society and former President of EUROSPINE. The attendees include the Directors from all the clinical departments and the administration departments.

Prof. Mayer pointed out that, for a hospital, the keys to success consist of four aspects - excellent infrastructure, ‘premium medicine’, high international quality standards and process management. An essential part of process management is to create a corporate culture, which refers to the beliefs and behaviors that determine how a company’s employees and management interact.

The fundamentals of leadership are very important to creating a good corporate culture. The leadership of hospital management should be purposeful, inclusive, and lead the employees with influence as well as foster collaboration. To achieve this, a vision should be created that everyone shares. Then a work- philosophy should be defined. Everyone should act in concert and create trust. Communications create trust. Multiple forms of events and activities can be held internally and interdepartmentally for public and transparent communications, which enable the employees to know the current situation and plans in due time.
會議最後教授總結:團隊協作的工作理念是高效的流程管理的保證,醫院的成功取決於團隊的建設及職工對醫院的認同感和歸屬感。
At the end of the lecture, Prof. Mayer summarized that cooperative work-philosophy guarantees excellent process management and that team building and corporate identity determine a hospital’s success.
